Questa UBE ha circolato, per parecchio tempo, via mail, fax ed posta normale. A causa della sua particolare tenacia nel diffondersi, i servizi segreti americani hanno dedicato, a questa frode, un intera pagina d'approfondimento, nel loro sito ufficiale.
Questo messaggio, composto anche da molte sue varianti, è stato diffuso e deposto da un ufficiale africano. Nel suo contenuto viene richiesto, al lettore, un ipotetica assistenza nel trasferire o gestire una grande somma di denaro, offrendo una ricompensa per tale servizio.
Questa Scam Email ha colpito molte persone, alcune delle quali hanno investito anche milioni di dollari, oltre alla loro privacy e sicurezza.
E' altamente consigliato CESTINARE e NON PROPAGARE ulteriormente questo UBE. Il suo contenuto, inoltre, usa delle tecniche di social engineering che possono indurre l'utente nel diventare vittima di questa frode (di livello internazionale).
